We charge our prices per room and night, and they contain the accomodation (for the chosen room category) as well as a breakfast buffet and free access to our rooftop terrace at opening hours.
Prices for Children:
0 – 2.9 years of age free
3 – 11.9 years of age -50%
Individuals
Individuals:
Payment is possible in cash (EUR, USD, NIS) or with credit card.
In the case of cancellation less than two week prior to planned arrival, we make a partial charge (40%).
Groups:
We are happy to offer you our salon for group gatherings. Use of the House Chapel is permitted subject to consultation with the Rector.
Payment is in cash only (USD, Euro or NIS). The total bill for the group can also be settled by bank transfer to one of our accounts in Austria or Germany.
In order to keep your booking we must know the final number of rooms required at least a month in advance and be sent a rooming list.
In the case of cancellation less than two month prior to arrival date, we take a fee of 30% of the total cost.
The transport of luggage from the Garden of Gethsemane or Lion’s Gate to the Hospice can be arranged on condition that we receive written instruction at least a week prior to arrival date. Up to 12 persons we have to charge a lump sum of 30 Euros each way, more than 12 persons will be charged 3,00 Euros per piece of luggage / each way.
