§1 This service is available for press agents and other prospects.

§2 Generally the customer only acquires a one-time and ordinary right of use.

§3 The customer needs to apply for the one-time and ordinary right of use by E-Mail: rector@austrianhospice.com or FAX: +972 2 626 58 16 and will receive affirmation in written form.

§4 After the concession of the one-time and ordinary right of use the customer is entitled to a one-time, ordinary and free of charge use of the graphical material, giving the picture credits. Furthermore the customer is obligated to send a specimen copy to the Austrian Hospice, Rector Markus St. Bugnyar, Via Dolorosa 37, POB 19600, 91194 Jerusalem.

§5 There are no other rights granted ultra vires the conditions mentioned in §1- §4.

§6 The commercial use of the pictures (other than journalistic purpose according to §1-§5) is forbidden.
