Night-arrivals (between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.) can be arranged after prior notice and will be charged with Euro 18,00

Guests who do not have a reservation ('walk-in guests') within one day in advance will be charged with 5 Euros.

Rooms with air condition are charged with an additional amount of 5 Euros per night.

In the event of cancellations later than one week before the scheduled day of arrival, we will levy a pro rata (40%) charge.

Prices for groups:
Lectures, conferences, concerts and other meetings can take place in our Salon, religious services in agreement with the director in our chapel.

Rooms with air condition are charged with an additional amount of 5 Euros per night

Payment is possible in cash (US$, Euro or NIS). It is possible to transfer the total amount for group accommodation to our bank account either in Austria or Germany according to the invoice.

At the latest one month before your arrival we must have received your notification of the final number of rooms (number of dormitory places) and a rooming list (list of names in dormitories), otherwise we cannot maintain your booking!

On your demand we organize luggage transportation from Gethsemane or the Lionsgate to the Hospice. Luggage transportation needs to be ordered (per email) at least one week before the scheduled arrival day. Costs are Euro 25,00 per way, in the case of over 25 people we charge Euro 1,00 per person per way.

Your stay in the Austrian Hospice of the Holy Family in Jerusalem can be booked either in writing by post or fax or via our online booking system
(to booking system). Bookings will only be valid when made in written form as have been confirmed by us in writing. Deposits are not necessary, as we trust you to cancel in reasonably good time.
