Payment is only possible in cash (US$, Euro or NIS) or with Traveler cheques (US$ or Euro).

Night-arrivals (between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.) can be arranged after prior notice and will be charged with a service fee of Euro 15,00.

In the event of cancellations later than two days before scheduled day of arrival, we will levy a pro rata (20%) charge.

Prices for groups:
Lectures, conferences and other meetings can take place in our “Room of the Knights of the Holy Sepulchre”, concerts in our Salon, religious services in agreement with the director in our chapel.

Payment is only possible in cash (US$, Euro or NIS) or with Traveler cheques (US$ or Euro).

At the latest one month before your arrival we must have received your notification of the final number of rooms (number of dormitory places) and a rooming list (list of names in dormitories), otherwise we cannot maintain your booking!

In the event of cancellations later than 1 month before the scheduled date of arrival, we will be obliged to charge the full costs of the first overnight stay of the booking.

On your demand we organise luggage-transportation from Gethsemane (St. Stephens’ Gate / Lions’ Gate) to the Hospice. Luggage Transportation needs to be ordered (per email) at least one week before the scheduled arrival day.
Payment by the guest (independent of group-size Euro 15,00 per way).

Bookings:

Your stay in the Austrian Hospice of the Holy Family in Jerusalem can be booked either in writing by post or fax or via our online booking system
(to booking system). Bookings will only be valid when made in written form as have been confirmed by us in writing. Deposits are not necessary, as we trust you to cancel in reasonably good time
